She now focuses on developing projects that support biodiversity, conservation, regenerative farming and the circular economy.
Simon has been involved with investment and project management in the circular economy for over a decade. He is the founding investor of a successful ESG SAAS enterprise and a Zero Waste to Landfill execution and consultancy.
He has a passion for driving the transition to the circular economy, and has led project development teams for industrial scale insect facilities in the US and Europe.
Jelte-Pier has actively participated in various sustainable and innovative projects, including building an algae farm in the North Sea, and co-founding, building and managing an insect farm in The Netherlands.
As a food technologist and entrepreneur, he is determined to accelerate the protein transition.
